The Story
A life spent looking for beautiful things.
Hope's Vintage Finds Boutique started the way most collections do — quietly, and without a plan. A coat found at an estate sale. A chair that was too good to leave behind. A dress that still had its original buttons.
Over the years, those individual finds became something larger: a collection with a point of view, a sense of history, and a genuine love for the things that were made to last.
Provenance
Every piece has a history worth knowing.
Condition
Carefully assessed, honestly described.
Curation
A point of view, not just an inventory.
Conversation
Visits are personal, never rushed.
The Approach
Nothing ends up here by accident.
Every piece in the collection has been chosen deliberately. I look for quality of construction, integrity of design, and the kind of character that only comes with age. A garment that was beautifully made in 1962 is still beautifully made today.
The same goes for furniture. I'm drawn to pieces that were built to be used — chairs that were meant to be sat in, tables that were meant to hold things. Objects with a purpose and a presence.
The Experience
Why by appointment?
Because a showroom visit should feel like a conversation, not a transaction. When you come by appointment, I have time to walk you through what's here, tell you the stories behind the pieces, and help you find something that genuinely fits your life.
It's a slower way of doing things. I think that's the point.
